Mar 04, 2019 World Quests all have different durations, with longer durations reserved for more challenging quests. They do not 'reset' at a certain time like daily quests. There is no cap on the amount of World Quests you can complete a day. However, when you complete a quest, a new quest will not automatically spawn. World Quests have a variety of rewards. Since 8.1 became available, this character has not had a properly functioning quest/achievement tracker. It only happens on this character and no others. When I get to a World Quest, receive a new quest, or manually choose to track an existing quest, it doesn’t show in the tracker UNTIL I log out and back in again. Also, any displayed quests do not update unless I relog as well. This is most.
The Quest Log
2018-12-27 Since Dec 12 2018 patch my quests are not tracked on the tooltip. It doesn’t indicate that a mob is tied to certain quest by not showing the quest name and the progress made on the tooltip. This happens on one toon I use to play recently with or without addons. I have tried more characters and the quest tracking works fine with or without my usual addons. I have tried ' wow repair', I have. With my main character the automatic, built in quest tracker simply not working at all. The area on the minimap not showing at all, neither the archaeology zones. On every other character of mine, it works perfectly, but for my main it simply doesn't wanna work.

The Quest Log is a window found on the right-hand side of the Map & Quest Log interface, listing the status and details of all currently active quests the character has not completed, or completed but not turned in.
Quests are organized by geographical region in collapsible sections (clicking the + by the region name expands to show quests in that region and clicking the - hides the quests in that region).
The Quest Log interface can be viewed through the Map & Quest Log interface when it is not being shown fullscreen. Clicking the icon will open and close the Quest Log.
Quest difficulty and colors
The difficulty of the quests is indicated by colors relatively to the character's level:

Orange | Hard | Can be done but caution is necessary. |
Red | Very hard | Almost impossible. |

- Some quest items no longer take up space in the inventory and can be accessed through the Quest Tracker.
- Quest tracker automatically sorts quests based on proximity when crossing into a new zone.

- You will now be able to tell how many other players in your group have the same quest you do. When you are in a group, it will display the number of other players in the group who have the quest in parenthesis to the left of the quest name. If you mouse over the quest name, it will display the names of the other players in the party who have the quest in the bottom right hand corner of the screen.

Fallout Shelter Quests
Not sure if this is the proper forum, but hope it is. Anyway..
The quest tracker is one of the most valuable tools for me in Carbonite. The list shows what quests are completed, what needs to be completed, arranges the quests according to location, etc. It saves me TONS of time, especially in Panderia.
Don't know what happened, but lately, either one quest will show in the menu, or none at all. Nothing I do seems to change the quests that does show. I've rechecked the distance & terriority filters, as well as other filters. I've even uninstalled and reinstalled Carbonite. I'm using the latest version (?) 5.053.
If someone could give me some direction in this, I'd sure appreciate it.
Thanks!

Ok, the problem seemed to have suddenly fixed itself. Guess the grimlins got bored and went on.
Anyway, if you can figure out what causes this and how to resolve it, in the event it happens next time, I'd sure appreciate it.
Thanks bunches!
